This is MORE than an occlusion course, though it is the last occlusion course you will ever need. This combines occlusal concepts with diagnosis and treatment of joint Dysfunction, headache, and facial pain. We review how to diagnose that patient with pain in the absence of dental or periodontal pathology. What is the true connection between “occlusion” and pain, and how to readily manage many of your patients orofacial and cervical pain complaints.

This year-long course offers a comprehensive program in the diagnosis and treatment of orofacial pain, headaches, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction and dental sleep medicine.
This program has had an amazingly successful year in 2023. The dedicated and talented faculty has guided an educational experience that is truly unparalleled. Our faculty includes Drs. Don Malizia, Bob Mier, Steve Scrivani, and Micah Sadigh. Guest lecturers include Drs. Daniele Manfredini,, Ed Zibovitz, John Viviano, Kevin Mueller, and neurologist Wade Cooper.
The program has twelve teaching modules; each one presented monthly beginning in January of 2024. The first course will be a virtual course on “How to Read a Paper”. There will be four, two-day long (Friday and Saturday), in-person modules that will be held at the beachside DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in Melbourne, Florida. There will be eight, one-day (Friday), online modules. There will be two additional one-day virtual sessions for attendee literature presentations and additional optional clinical support virtual sessions. There is one on one mentorship offered. There is access to massive literature. There are relevant papers distributed with each module.
